Delete Your Minom Account
Clear user-facing route for account and data deletion requests.
If you wish to delete your Minom account and associated data, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to [email protected] with subject "Delete Account Request"
- Include your registered email ID used in Minom
- Our team will process your request within 5-7 working days
Data Deletion:
- Your account information (email, profile data) will be permanently deleted
- Your meeting recordings, transcripts, and generated Minutes of Meeting will be deleted
- Some data may be retained for a limited period if required for legal or compliance purposes
