How to use Minom for voice notes

Step 1

Choose Quick Notes

Open Record or start from Quick Notes in your library. Choose the transcription language that matches what you will speak.

Step 2

Record and save

Speak naturally, then stop and save your recording. Use a quiet space and keep the microphone close enough for clear audio.

Step 3

Review your note

When processing finishes, check the transcript and summary. Review names, numbers and important details before sharing.

A voice notebook, not just a meeting recorder

Use Quick Notes for personal reminders, creative ideas and thoughts you would otherwise forget. Choose Meeting, Lecture or Discussion for longer conversations so the summary follows the right structure.

Questions before you record

Can I use Minom as a voice-to-text app?

Yes. Minom provides transcripts alongside AI summaries, so you can review what was said as well as the organized note. Transcription accuracy depends on the audio and selected language.

Do voice notes need an internet connection?

You can record and view saved local content offline. Cloud transcription and AI summary generation need an internet connection. Supported on-device transcription options are available on compatible Apple devices, not Android.

Is Minom free to try?

Minom has a free plan with monthly usage minutes. Paid plans add more usage; check the pricing page for current allowances.
