1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Enrovix AI ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, processes, protects, and handles your data, including Google user data, when you use Minom ("Service"). By using Minom, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect and process personal data necessary to provide you with authentication, account sync, and core services:
- Name and Email Collection: When you register, create an account, or log in (via standard email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In), we collect your name, email address, profile picture, and account credentials to manage and authenticate your access.
- Audio Recording Collection: When you choose to record a meeting directly inside the mobile/desktop app or upload an audio file, we collect and process the raw audio recording to perform speech-to-text transcription.
- OAuth Authentication Tokens: We securely store Google/Apple OAuth tokens and session data necessary to authenticate your account and sync subscriptions.
3. Transcript and Summary Processing
Minom is built to convert conversation into structured meeting minutes. We process the following user data to provide these features:
- Transcript Processing: We collect and process transcripts (either converted from your audio recordings or captured via the Minom Chrome Extension from platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, and Teams) to create written logs of your meetings.
- Summary and MoM Generation: We process your transcripts to generate structured Minutes of Meeting (MoM), executive summaries, decisions, key highlights, action items, and follow-up lists.
4. Sharing and Third-Party AI Processors
To perform automated transcription and summary generation, your data is securely shared with and processed by our dedicated third-party partners. We do not use general "third-party AI provider" disclosures; the specific partners processing your data are: Log files and processing requests are shared specifically as follows:
- Sarvam AI (Transcription Provider): Raw audio files and recordings captured or uploaded through the mobile application are securely transmitted to Sarvam AI to perform speech-to-text transcription. Sarvam AI acts as a secure processing provider and processes this audio transiently. We do not share Google user data with Sarvam AI.
- Google Gemini (Summarization Provider): Text transcripts are securely transmitted to the Google Gemini API (Google Gemini) to perform summarization, extract action items, and generate meeting minutes. Google Gemini processes transcripts transiently and does not store or use your transcripts to train its AI models.
Purpose of Sharing: Sharing is done solely to deliver the core service features (transcribing and summarizing your meetings) at your request. We confirm that both Google Gemini and Sarvam AI provide appropriate data protection, security controls, and confidentiality safeguards matching our security standards. We do not sell, rent, trade, or lease your personal info, audio files, transcripts, or summaries to any third parties or advertisers.
5. Storage, Data Retention, and Deletion Policy
