1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Minom ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Minom is an AI-powered meeting assistant that enables users to:
- Record meetings on supported mobile devices
- Upload audio files
- Capture supported browser meeting transcripts through the Minom Chrome Extension
- Generate transcriptions and sync saved transcripts
- Generate AI-based summaries and Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
Features may vary depending on subscription plans and usage limits.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
Recording Consent (Important)
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- All participants in a meeting are informed about recording or transcript/caption capture
- Required consent is obtained under applicable laws
Enrovix AI is not responsible for unlawful recording by users.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the system
- Upload harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Minom uses artificial intelligence to generate transcripts and summaries.
You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
- Outputs should not be treated as legal, financial, or official records
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs
6. Third-Party Services
Minom may use third-party services (e.g., speech-to-text APIs, AI summary APIs, browser extension platforms, cloud storage).
By using the Service, you agree that:
- Your data may be processed by these third-party providers
- Enrovix AI is not responsible for downtime, errors, or data issues caused by third parties
7. Data Handling & Storage
Audio files, Chrome Extension-captured transcripts, mobile transcripts, and summaries may be temporarily or permanently stored to provide the Service and account sync.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. We do not guarantee absolute security.

8. Plans, Billing & Payments
- Certain features require a paid subscription
- Pricing, limits, and features are subject to change
- Payments are processed via third-party payment providers
Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
- Subscription cancellations will apply from the next billing cycle
9. Intellectual Property
- All rights to Minom (software, design, branding) belong to Enrovix AI
- You retain ownership of your content (audio, transcripts, etc.)
- You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service
10. Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but:
- We do not guarantee uptime or availability
- Features may change, pause, or discontinue without notice
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enrovix AI shall not be liable for:
- Data loss
- Missed recordings
- Missed browser captions or meeting transcript capture
- Incorrect AI outputs
- Indirect or consequential damages
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Required by law
You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Gujarat.
15. Age Requirement
